At this estate planning workshop, we will cover the current issues surrounding Wills and Trusts, Probate, asset protection, and estate taxes. We will focus on issues that are commonly overlooked but are often CRITICAL to protecting your estate and your assets, to making sure your hard-earned assets stay in the family and go where YOU want them to go, and to leaving a positive legacy. We will address a host of important topics, including:

–what happens if you become disabled or incapacitated;
–how to avoid both living and death probate in order to keep the government out of your affairs and protect your privacy;
–estate and asset protection for spouses and children in the event of remarriage, divorce, or financial difficulty or irresponsibility;
–how to protect your assets against excessive medical or long-term care costs, including nursing home expenses; and
–how to provide for beneficiaries with special needs or those in need of other protections.

We will talk in particular about the relative advantages and disadvantages of using wills, revocable living trusts, and asset protection trusts.

Even though you’ve worked hard your entire life and saved up something you’d like to pass on to your spouse and your family, they may end up with nothing without proper planning.  When you attend one of our Wills and Trusts workshops, you’ll immediately discover how you can prevent this from happening to you and your family.

All workshop attendees will receive a FREE one-hour, private consultation to see how a proper estate plan will benefit you and your family (a $350 value).
